February 10-11, 2018 Bend, OR Embodied Life Seminar

Dear Friends,

I am thrilled to return to Bend and to share "The Embodied Life™" with you. When deeply connected to our inner/outer world and we embody a grounded presence, we become a place of solace - a safe harbor in the storm for ourselves and for others. We also experience the simple joy of being alive! These are challenging times. Inner and outer voices are often clamoring to be heard. When we can remember our connectedness to all "others", as well as to Truth, Beauty and Goodness, we become a healing balm for personal and societal conflict. In The Embodied Life School™, we work with practical and reliable practices that help us cultivate this deep connectedness in everyday life. We grow the neural networks of: inner safety, grounded presence, joy and natural empathy.

In this seminar, we will learn:

- to be the best friend of all our inner voices

- to meet divisiveness and conflict with authentic confidence and care

- to experience the shower of beauty and goodness that surrounds us

Through the transformative practices of of Embodied Meditation, deep listening based in Focusing®, plus the powerful movement lessons of Moshe Feldenkrais called "Awareness Through Movement"®, we will deeply and, often joyfully, experience our potential to become places of healing, connectedness and solace.

At the end of my professional training with Moshe Feldenkrais, he said "If you teach people to stand on their own feet and to love, you will be wanted anywhere in the world". The good news is that these are the learnable states of consciousness.

I hope you wil join me for an inspiring week-end of learning together.
